I was getting poor ping while gaming and reset both router and modem. currently the wired connection between my router and xbox is no longer working. The WiFi is working fine and I am able to connect my xbox to the WiFi. However, everytime I try to connect my xbox with an ethernet cable I get a message saying it can not connect to the DHCP server.
