Hi there, I installed Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client into my Windows 10 laptop, but when I run it, it pops out VPN Service not available. After OK, it pops out The VPN agent service is not responding. Please restart this application after a minute. I checked in Services.msc and Cisco AnyCon Cisco VPN Error - The VPN Service is not available. Exiting I had errors in the installation: “the vpn client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot” “Service "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent" (vpnagent) failed to star. Hi, Could you check whether the Anyconnect services are running on the Windows ? Run msconfig.exe from Windows Run and check if you see Anyconnect running under Services ?
